We process all orders within 3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email stevev4915@aol.com and we'll take a look!
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at stevev4915@aol.com with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at stevev4915@aol.com. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 5 miles of the 60436 zip code. For orders under $50, we charge a local delivery fee of $10.
We deliver on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm. We will text you at the phone number associated with your order to notify you of delivery.
